Enhance the theme park experience by developing a smart chatbot integrated with Mousewait, offering personalized guidance and assistance to Disneyland visitors.
To improve guests’ experience at Disneyland through an intelligent chatbot assistant which will provide them with relevant information in real-time.
Created an NLP-based AI Chatbot along with AI Embedding and RAG to help visitors interact effectively with the Mousewait App and receive valuable information and guidance.
It enhanced the visitor experience, increased user participation, and was a viable model for future uses in other theme parks.
With the help of deep LLM and AI embeddings, the needs of a customer are recognized within the context of the conversation. For instance, when determining the quickest way to get to an attraction or the availability of restaurants, the chatbot offers customized feedback.
Being an NLP-based solution, the chatbot actively communicates with visitors, posing questions as if with a real person, allowing them to get answers immediately.
Through the integration of RAG, the chatbot is able to pull and respond to the most recent information, may it be the wait times, show schedules, or the availability of the ride.
Integrated with the Mousewait app, means that the chatbot operates right inside the application with no interface obstacles. People can find information without having to close one app and open another one or switch between apps.
