Using Twilio, we developed a chatbot that could initiate conversations with property owners, ask specific questions, and determine their interest in selling. The bot was equipped with a clear and engaging script to gather relevant data on each property.
The chatbot wasn’t just there to chat—it was designed to gather key details from property owners, like whether they were interested in selling, the property condition, and more. Once a lead was qualified, the bot passed all the details to a human sales agent.
Here’s where the magic happens. If the bot identified an interested seller, it automatically scheduled a call between the sales agent and the property owner. The bot confirmed the seller's availability and handled the scheduling without any manual input.
We integrated custom tools to ensure that the chatbot performed its tasks with accuracy, from confirming availability to managing the flow of information between the bot and the sales team.
