To improve its employees' productivity and efficiency and cut down on expenses incurred in payrolling and other related activities through AI.
The main goal was to create an engine to build a knowledge base, generate insights into underlying workflows, and suggest improvements based on RAG and OpenAI models.
Initial development showed potential for increased efficiency, cost savings, and streamlined decision-making.
At the core of the platform was a comprehensive knowledge base that captured and stored detailed information about the company's processes and assessments. Using Langchain and OpenAI models, we built a system that could retrieve, analyze, and understand complex data.
The platform utilized retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to comb through company data—whether emails, meeting transcripts, or internal reports—and suggest improvements. It acted like a virtual consultant, providing actionable insights to optimize workflows.
Leveraging OpenAI models, the system automatically assessed existing processes and provided intelligent suggestions for improvement. This reduced manual labor and offered more strategic decision-making power to the client.
To make the platform nimble and responsive, we integrated the backend with FastAPI, ensuring the platform could handle data retrieval and process suggestions quickly and efficiently.
